Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and shipping destination. All options listed include USPS tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

·        Packages under 16 ounces:

o   Flat rate of $5.95, regardless of shipping destination (within the United States).

o   Usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive once in USPS possession.

·        Packages over 16 ounces:

o   Rates vary from $7.95 to $22.95, based on weight and destination (within the United States).

o   Usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive once in USPS possession.

·        Golf Bags

o   Rates vary from $17.95 to $23.95, based on destination (within the United States).

o   Usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive once in USPS possession.

o   Golf bags may also be selected for local pickup (Las Vegas area only). Golf Bags left for local pickup will not be shipped. If you selected this option in error, please email us so we can send you an invoice to pay for shipping costs.

·        Expedited and overnight shipping is not available.

·        Please note that all shipping options listed do not include order processing days, which may take up to 5 business days. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

·        Free shipping promotions do not guarantee any specific shipping option.

·        Local pickup is not available for online orders. Golf bags are the only item we are able to hold for in-store pickup at this time.

·        Original shipping costs on orders returned or exchanged are non-refundable. Exceptions can only be made if your order contained missing/incorrect items.

 

International Shipping

·        Minor League Baseball has partnered with GlobalShopEx to provide an international shipping solution. 

·        During checkout, please select the “International Checkout” button. 

·        Promotional codes apply to domestic orders only and cannot be applied to international orders.

·        VAT, shipping fees and other charges are determined by GlobalShopEx. We are unable to offer any discounts on international shipping costs.

·        How do I calculate my shipping costs?

o   Simply place the items you plan to purchase in your shopping cart, go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address. The system will auto-calculate your shipping costs based on weight and destination.

·        I need my order by a certain date or timeframe. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?

o   We do not offer expedited shipping or guarantee any specific delivery dates.

o   Please email us after submitting your order so we are aware that you need the order by a certain date.

o   Even if we can fulfill your order quickly, please note that expected shipping dates do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once your order is in USPS possession, we do not have control over how long it takes for it to arrive to you.

o   We highly recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of the latest date you need your order to arrive. This will ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped with enough time for unforeseen delays.

 

·        How do I update the shipping address on my order after I have placed it?

o    Please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com as soon as possible so we can try to update your shipping address while your order is still awaiting fulfillment.

o   If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please email us if this occurs.
