    What shipping options do I have?

    We offer rates based on weight and shipping destination:

    USPS First Class: packages under 13 ounces; flat rate of $4.95; can take 2-14 business days from shipment date; tracking included.

    USPS Parcel Select: packages 13 ounces and higher; rates vary from $7.95 to $20.95, based on weight and destination; can take 2-14 days from shipment date; tracking included.

    Local Pickup: Orders can be picked up during business hours at the Team Store located at Las Vegas Ballpark: 1650 S. Pavilion Center Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89135. Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of receiving a Ready for Pickup notification. Extensions on this policy may be requested by emailing teamstore@aviatorslv.com or calling (702) 939-7277 during store hours.

    Expedited and overnight shipping is not available.

    Please note all listed shipping options minimize delivery days, not order processing days, which may take 1-5 business days. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

    Shipping costs on orders returned or exchanged are non-refundable. An exception may be made if your order contained missing or incorrect item(s).     How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?

    In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping address information and you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s).

    What are the Shipping Costs?

    Shipping of items is based on availability of items, shipping locations, shipping method selected and credit card authorization.

    We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items, however there may be instances when a popular item may sell out quickly. Should this occur, your order will be adjusted and processed immediately. Your credit card charge will be adjusted accordingly for those items shipped.

    In the event of a credit card problem, we will e-mail you immediately to inform you of the situation. We will then wait up to 10 business days for your response and then e-mail you once more before canceling the order. Customer Service will respond to your e-mail within 48 business hours. Hours of operation for e-mail are Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm PST. 

     

    How long does it take to process orders?

    Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, our policy allows for up to 1-5 business days before your order is shipped out. Sometimes we are able to ship our orders out within days of your original order place date. 

     

    Tracking your order

    You will receive a tracking # for your order in your shipping confirmation email.

    Please review the following information regarding when you can expect your order.

    • USPS First Class & USPS Parcel Select: After your order is shipped, you should receive your order within 2-14 business days.

    Please be advised that certain mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays as ship dates.  To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.comThe expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
