    Shopping Cart

    ·        Orders may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped out.

    ·        Fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday during regular business hours. During homestands, special product drops, holidays, and other periods of high demand, fulfillment may be slightly delayed. We thank you for your patience.

    ·        We use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders. Once your order is in USPS possession, you should receive it within 2-5 business days.

    ·        We do not offer any sort of expedited shipping and cannot guarantee any specific delivery date with our shipping options.

    ·        Each holiday season, shipping cut-off dates are usually on or around December 15th, or the closest Monday to that date. This is not a guarantee of receiving your order by any specific date.

    ·        Please note, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from Las Vegas, NV.

     

    Order Changes

    ·        Orders cannot be changed after they have been fulfilled and shipped.

    ·        If it is the same day or within 12 hours of placing your order, please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com and include your order number and the details of your request to change your order.

    ·        We cannot guarantee that order change requests will be approved. If you need to cancel your order instead, please let us know.

     

    Items On Hold and Pre-Orders

    ·        If you receive an email notifying you that your order has been placed on hold, we will need to re-stock the item. Please give us up to a week to re-stock the item. During homestands, items placed on hold may be delayed until after the homestand is over.

    ·        For pre-order and special event items, your order will be placed on hold until we receive the product. As soon as those items arrive, your order will be shipped to you. 

    ·        Some items are not available to buy in-store. Please contact us with any questions regarding on-hold orders.

     

    Cancelled or Partially Refunded Orders

    ·        If an item is no longer available in your order and will not be re-stocked, you will receive an email stating that your order has been cancelled or partially refunded.

     

    Frequently Asked Questions

    ·        Can I leave a gift message on my order?

    o   Yes, you can add gift messages to your order by entering your message on the “Shopping Cart” page. At the very bottom of that page, enter your message in the area that reads “Special Delivery Instructions or Gift Message”.

    o   Please note that USPS does not allow us to leave delivery instructions on shipments, so any delivery instructions entered in this field will be disregarded.
