Exchange & Return Policy
· Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of fulfillment date.
· Original shipping charges will not be added to refunds.
· Items must be in 100% original, sellable condition.
· Exchanges can be made for a different size, or a different item of equal or greater value.
· No returns on Final Sale items.
· Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale. Online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our physical store location.
Policy Exclusions:
· Item is returned without emailing us to obtain return authorization.
· Item is returned without attached tags or stickers; including manufacturer’s tags or any other accompanying packaging that were originally included when the item was received.
· Item appears worn, washed, altered or used.
· Item is non-returnable (Final Sale: clearance, outlet, customized product, special event, game used, player worn, mystery box and specialty items cannot be returned)
· Item is returned outside of the 30-day return period.
· For orders that were received damaged or defective, partial orders, or the wrong item was received, please see below.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Please reach out to us by emailing teamstore@aviatorslv.com prior to returning any product. Failure to contact us prior to returning items may result in processing delays, and we cannot guarantee your return request will be approved.
In addition, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is approved and processed in a timely manner:
· Return merchandise with a copy of the packing slip or order receipt. If this is not possible, please include a note with your order number and details of your request.
· Please label your return packages as we have directed you, this ensures that USPS and the ballpark receiving team is able to direct the package to us once it is delivered to the ballpark.
· Merchandise meets all terms of our return policy, and no exclusions apply to your return or exchange (see above).
· When shipping merchandise back to us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. We are not liable for shipping delays or lost parcels while returning items.
Once received, it may take up to 5 business days to process returns and exchanges. Tracking details on exchanges will be provided via email.
Wrong Item Received
· If you received an incorrect order (wrong size, wrong item) please email us at teamstore@aviatorslv.com. Please include a photo of the incorrect or wrong sized item.
· We will follow up with you and provide a pre-paid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct item(s) to you. Please include the packing slip or a note with your order number when shipping items back to us.
Partial Orders or Missing Items
· If you received a partial order or are missing items from your order, please email us at teamstore@aviatorslv.com with details on which item(s) are missing from your order.
· We will follow up with you and update you on the missing item(s) and will ship them to you as soon as they’re available to ship.
Order Not Delivered
· If you receive a “delivered” notification and you have not received your order, please wait a day or two to see if USPS delivers your package. If it does not arrive, please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com and we will verify your shipping address and submit a missing mail inquiry on your behalf.
· Please note, we will not ship out a new order until we’ve gone through the missing mail inquiry process with USPS.
Orders On Hold
· Due to high demand, items may sell out quickly, especially during homestands. In some cases, we will need to re-stock the item and your order may be placed on hold as a result. Please give us up to a week to re-stock the item. During homestands, orders placed on hold may be delayed until after the homestand is over.
· For pre-orders and special event items, your order will be placed on hold until we receive the product. We will provide updates as needed on the status of your order. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions.
Damaged or Defective Items
· If you received a damaged or defective item, please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com with the details of your issue. Please include photos of the damaged or defective merchandise.
· We will follow up with you and provide a pre-paid return label to ship back the damaged or defective item. You may return for a refund or exchange for the same item.
Frequently Asked Questions
· When can I expect my refund to be credited?
o Once you receive the notification that your order has been refunded, please allow anywhere between 2-5 business days for your payment method to be credited.
o Orders placed via MiLBStore.com may take slightly longer to process and credit.
o Holidays and Weekends do not count as business days.
· Can I return customized products?
o All customized products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double check your customization order for accuracy before submitting.
o If you receive your customized product and notice an error, please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com and include a photo showing the mistake/error.
· My order did not arrive on time, or I changed my mind. Can I return my order?
o Yes, please email teamstore@aviatorslv.com if you would like to return your order or you have changed your mind.
o As a reminder, all final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
o We do not offer expedited fulfillment or expedited shipping options. During times of high demand, orders may take longer to ship. We apologize for any delays.
